SP Square Plate Range

CONSTRUCTION
Casings are manufactured from carbon steel hot dip
galvanized after manufacture, and may be configured
in 4 standard arrangements (see below).


IMPELLERS
Axial fan impellers have true aerofoil section blades
from Glass Reinforced Polypropylene (GRP), Glass
Reinforced Nylon (GRN) or Aluminium (AL) material.
Hubs are Aluminium or GRP and are usually supplied
with taperlock centres for secure and simple fixing.
Pitch angles are readily adjustable on-site with simple
reference marks moulded into most components.
All impellers are balanced after assembly.


MOTORS
Standard units are supplied with 415V 3ph TE motors protected to
IP55 with Class "F" insulation. Some applications allow increased
rating motors to be used.
Smaller motor sizes have sealed-for-life bearings.  Larger motors
with regreasng facilities may have lubrication lines extended to
readily accessible external points for easy re-lubrication.

1250mm capacities.
